ABOUT THE JOB:

International Web Marketing and Sales Executive

You’ll be wearing 2 hats together for Digital Marketing and Business Development. It is going to be inside sales with no travel. You’ll have entire global field to play.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS:

You’ll be responsible for not only earning your bread and butter but also for other members of the team.


MARKETING:

  1. Everything that comes in Digital Marketing should be done for Lioonnize.

  2. Solid and qualified lead generation.

  3. You need to build your own process for sales and lead generation.

  4. Co-ordinate with the creative team for content creation.


SALES:

  1. You need to chase revenue targets.

  2. Customer discussion for their project requirements.

  3. Understand the strength of the business. Represent the same aura to the customer irrespective if it doesn’t turn into business revenue.

  4. You’ll be representing Lioonnize as the first exposure to our customer, thus you must represent the vibes of Lioonnize foundation. You’ll be the real brand creator.


THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:

Extremely humble but very aggrieve for sales. You should create a brand impression even after losing business.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

We just don’t care, even you’ve not done your schooling. We don’t need any of your certificates. Your past sales numbers are the only qualification.

But communication is the key.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

PERSONALITY:

Your presence should be felt… happily. You should be happy from inside in all situations. You leave an unforgettable positive impression.


SKILL:

Whatever it takes to get sales. But you should know your sword & shields/tools very well.


WEB MARKETING:

Any tools that you’re expert for SEO, SEM, SSM, Emails Marketing, Blogging, Ranking, Web Reputation, etc.


SALES:

Rapport Building on the Call, Storytelling, Active Listening, Objection-Handling, Presentation, Negotiation, Proposal writing, Qualification Questioning, Time Management and Planning, Closing Techniques, Post-Sale Relationship Management
